We want our customers to have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items, and any product showing signs of use or damage due to customer negligence will not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, email Contact@fabricdealstore.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you must ship the product to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. In case of a delayed refund, we advise customers to check their bank accounts or contact their payment provider.
